“Today I got up and I ate breakfast and I went down the street with Barbara and Mommy got my blue sweater out of Lay-a-way and I bought me a blouse today. It’s real cute. When I got home my sweaters had come from Sears, they’re real cute and those both fit. Mabel brought her sweater over so I could try them on and they fit so I got to wear them. At night I stayed home and watched T.V. I saw Ralph today. He doesn’t pay much attention to me anymore. But I still think he’s cute.”
