“Today I went to school and nothing much happened. After school Barbara and I went down the street. I got my Moo-Moo out of lay-a-way so did Barb. I still haven’t told Barbara about Larry calling me up Monday night. I don’t think I will tell her. At night I stayed home and ironed. I finished all the ironing and I get $6.00 for it.

Then I went to bed and I read a book and listened to the radio.”
