“Today I went to school and I think I might like Warren again but I’m not sure. At night, Connie and I and Barb was going to the show. Verne called up Connie and we met him down there but Butch wasn’t there. I got real mad. Then Wayne and and told me that Butch was coming but when he came Dick was with him and

Butch wouldn’t even look at me

and he sat with Dick and I swore that I hated Butch. Then, all of a sudden, it looked like Wayne and Benny kept telling him to sit by me but Wayne just kept looking at Connie and I figured that he liked Connie too. By the time the show was over, I said I hated Butch and I hated Wayne and I kept saying I didn’t have a boyfriend and I was so mad.”
