“Today Barbara had to stay home all day and do work but she had to go to the store and her mother said she had to go to Foodbasket. So, we were glad. So, on the way to the store we went by the golf course and Vern and Brian wasn’t there.

So, we walked down to the high bars and I saw Brian laying in the sand.

He waved to us and told us to come down so we did. Then Vern came over to us and he looked real pissed and he said to me, ‘ How come you weren’t at the show last night?’ and I said , ‘I didn’t go because you said you weren’t going.’ Then pretty soon, we had to leave so at night we went down to the golf course and they were there but so was a bunch of 8th grade girls. But pretty soon, they left and then Ray and Bonnie and Wayne and a bunch of other kids came and Brian and Vern wouldn’t.”
