“Today I went to school, nothing very interesting happened. At lunch Paul came and talked to me. After school Barbara picked me up. Ricky had to work (I am glad too). Ricky told Barbara and if I liked him good enough he would break up with Linda. Barbara and I went down the street after school. At night she came up. But we didn’t go out and play. We just messed around.”
