“Today Barbara and I messed around here for a while and then we went down to her house when we left we went to the Record store and we stayed there for about 2 hours and played all kinds of records. Then we were walking up the street and Ralph, Barry and some other guy were sitting at the bus stop in front of the bowling alley. When we walked by Ralph said ‘hi’ and Barry said something. When we got home Paul, Ricky and Bob came over. At night I listed to the radio and watched television.”
“Today we got up and ate breakfast. Then later we went bowling. We bowled a couple of games and then we went down the street. Sallie asked this girl if it was hot enough for her and she gave her the finger. Then the girl came over to Sallie and she asked her what she said and Sallie said, ‘Is is hot enough for you?’ And the girl called her a queer. So they followed us and we were in a head and we started to leave and that girl wouldn’t let Sharon out so Sharon pushed her out of the way then she pushed back and Sharon pushed harder and walked away. At night we went to the drive-in. We sat outside on the benches and we smoked a pack and a half of cigs.”
“Today I cleaned up my room. Later we went down the street. When we went by the bowling alley I said, ‘If Ralph came out of there now, I think I’d die.’ Well, he did come out of there but I’m still alive. When he came out he was with Barry . All day Barb and I were walking by the B.A. Then we saw Ralph in there again and he watched us walk by.
