“Today Ian took Barb and I driving all around. We went to Mission Beach for about an hour then we went to La Jolla for a while then we went to San Diego for a while. About 4:30 we came home then Barb and I went down to her house and played records. Then I made Barb call Larry. They said his number was disconnected. So, it took a long time but Barb finally talked to him. Barb said I wasn’t there. Larry said he didn’t know if he could go to Disneyland yet. Larry said to Barb to get us down to the frosty show after school Wednesday because he might be there. But he doesn’t know yet.

It all depends on the Sarg.

Anyway, I ain’t supposed to know this stuff. Anyway Bara ain’t gonna get me down then on Wednesday.’

“Today in the afternoon Barbara and I went down the street. At night, Ian took us to the show to see ‘Payton Place’. Glinda and Barbara and another girl was there too. So, Ian went over to their car and made-out with Barbara? While Barb and I stayed by ourselves. We had a blast. We had the radio on and we were talking real loud and we were poppin’ our bubble gum. Ian had been with Patsy part of the day and Wendy part of the day and then Barbara (we had a blast).

After we got out of the show we drove to the ocean beach for a while.

Then we went to Jack in the Box and got something to eat and we went to Santa Clara point and ate and we stayed there for a while then we came home about 2:00.”

“Today I went to school and I had a blast all day. I got in trouble in English and I had to stay after school with John and Bill and we were throwing paper at each other. Then I got in trouble in Homemaking and I got a warning in History. At night Barb and I went to the show and they were bitchin movies. Kathy sat by us. Then Don and 2 other guys started talking to me while Barb and Kathy was trying to find Mike. When they started talking to me, Sonny came down and started talking to me Sonny knew those guys and they told Sonny to get lost but he said no. Later, Dave and the others left. Sonny sat by me for the rest of the show.

He almost held my hand but I wouldn’t let him. Sonny told me that he was going to move tomorrow

I got my gold tennis today.”

“Today it rained most of the day. Mommy, Daddy and I went out to eat and then we went to Carohan’s. Then to Thrifty’s. Then I went to Barbara’s house. When it stopped raining, we went down the street. At night we went to the Roxy.

We were cracking up all the time we were there.

We saw Paul, Jay, Murl and Maynard there. Sonny wasn’t there. Tonight before the show, Benny called Barb and I up and he wanted us to go to a party for this guy named Dave. Benny isn’t going with Connie anymore. I think I like Larry. I am going to ask him to so to Disneyland.”
