Just do this as often as you think that you need to, but it won’t be long before you start seeing results!  I only do this to replace a meal now and then.  Usually it’s my breakfast and lunch and then I eat a protein dinner because I don’t like to give up my exercises.  Either way, I’m cutting calories and reshaping my body in the process after the holidays or simple overeating which is so easy to do!
